Easy peasy 3 step pasta and crab meat medley! Recipe.

One of mine and my kids all time favorite meal is my no salt added, tossed rotini pasta and crabmeat medley. And even better its healthy, tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients: add as little or as much of each, depending on your taste and preference. That’s what I do.

I don’t have specific measurement requirements on this one and I love that, because it makes it all the easier and more fun to make. Less of an experiment and more of a delight๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‹
Chopped onions
Chopped cilantro
Chopped whole clove garlic
Sliced red pepper
Olive Oil pure
Crab meat
Barilla Rotini Pasta
Mrs. Dash garlic and herb no salt seasoning

First step…..Boil the pasta. Sautee all the fresh herbs with olive oil, add Mrs. dash, then add crab meat in a separate pan.
Second step…...bring all ingredients to a sizzle add pasta, add more sizzle.
Third step…..Serve.

Just a quick fyi for your notes and knowledge:
A three ounces of imitation crab meat contains has about thirteen grams of carbs depending on which kind, 7 grams of protein and less than 5 gram of fat.
Olive oil has 119 calories in 1 tablespoon.
Barilla Veggie rotini pasta 2 ounces has 200 calories, 1gr of fat, 0 mg sodium, 0 transfat, 41 gr of Carbs.
